Marilyn Goslin original framed oil on canvas :: $2200

Strong line and colour define the expressive paintings of Marilyn Goslin. This 40 x 40 inche oil on canvas is called Golden Beach Road. Her landscape, still life, street scenes, and figurative work are characterised by the texture and play on light of traditional impressionists. Goslin works predominantly in oil on canvas, but also paints in watercolour. From en-plein-air painting to large-scale studio paintings, her size and subject range are diverse, reflecting a multifaceted passion for beauty in every corner of her many surroundings. Goslin’s work has been exhibited over the past 30 years in multiple private and public galleries throughout Muskoka, Peterborough, Toronto, and Montreal. Joan D’Souza is a Mississauga-based, self-taught artist who has been quietly nurturing her creative passion since 2005. What began with finely detailed black and white pencil portraits, capturing emotion and expression with remarkable precision, has grown into a diverse body of work spanning colour portraits, pets, landscapes, and still life.

Creating under the name Reminiscence Through Art, Joan’s work is rooted in storytelling, memory, and emotional connection. Whether drawing a beloved companion, a serene landscape, or a cherished moment, her art invites viewers to pause and reflect.
