Strong line and colour define the expressive paintings of Marilyn Goslin. This 40 x 40 inche oil on canvas is called Golden Beach Road. Her landscape, still life, street scenes, and figurative work are characterised by the texture and play on light of traditional impressionists. Goslin works predominantly in oil on canvas, but also paints in watercolour. From en-plein-air painting to large-scale studio paintings, her size and subject range are diverse, reflecting a multifaceted passion for beauty in every corner of her many surroundings. Goslin’s work has been exhibited over the past 30 years in multiple private and public galleries throughout Muskoka, Peterborough, Toronto, and Montreal.
